  • You must use our AI System for the full 180-day period before becoming eligible for a refund
  • Refund requests can only be submitted after completing this 180-day implementation period
  • Once you've completed the 180-day period, our lifetime guarantee takes effect - you can request a refund at any point thereafter if you haven't recouped your investment
  • Our commitment is that you will make back your investment (at minimum) when properly using our AI System for the required period
